We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager / Account Manager to lead end-to-end sales initiatives in IT Services, Software Solutions, and QA & Testing Services- . The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling skills, experience managing enterprise accounts, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while consistently achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across IT Services, Software Development, and QA & Testing services.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Delivery, Marketing, and Product to design and present customized client solutions.

- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and account growth objectives.

- Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging growth opportunities.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, forecasts, and management reports.

- Manage key accounts to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term business growth.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Proven experience in IT / Software / QA & Testing Services sales

- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation abilities.

- Experience managing large accounts and driving strategic, long-term partnerships.

- Proven ability to engage and influence - C-level and enterprise clients- .

- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.

- Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise customers.

- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting dashboards.
