The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the Mumbai region. The role involves identifying new opportunities, delivering solution-driven presentations, collaborating with internal teams, and strengthening LA Technologies' presence within the cybersecurity and IT infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cybersecurity and IT infrastructure solutions

- Identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities across assigned territories

- Managing end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, product presentations, proposals, and closures

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers

- Collaborating with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment with customer requirements

- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

- Driving pipeline growth through consistent follow-ups, lead nurturing, and account development

- Preparing sales forecasts, tracking performance metrics, and reporting progress to management

- Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication, support coordination, and timely issue resolution

- Representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility

Required Skillsets:

- Strong experience in B2B sales, account management, and revenue generation

- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity solutions, networking, cloud, and digital ecosystems

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with enterprise-level clients

- Strong business development, prospecting, and lead conversion skills

- Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies

- Experience working with CRM tools and MS Office applications

- Strong ownership mindset, goal orientation, and ability to work under deadlines

- Capability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and pre-sales

- High customer orientation and problem-solving attitude

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field

- MBA preferred but not mandatory

- 4-6 years of relevant experience in IT or cybersecurity sales

- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai
