- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry practices.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales software.
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to exceed sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, on-site environment in Ahmedabad.
