
Role & Purpose:
The role will be responsible for translating business priorities into impactful people strategies across organization effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, performance, engagement, workforce planning and change.
This is a high-visibility role requiring a strong understanding of business, the ability to influence senior stakeholders, and the maturity to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales leadership to shape and execute the people strategy aligned to business growth and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organization, talent, performance, capability, engagement and people-related decisions.
- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, career development and retention for critical roles and talent segments.
- Partner with leaders on organization design, workforce planning, role effectiveness and productivity.
- Lead the Sales performance management agenda, including goal setting, reviews, calibration and performance improvement.
- Identify current and future capability requirements and work with HR COEs to design relevant leadership and capability-building interventions.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen employee engagement, culture and employee experience across the Sales organization.
- Leverage people analytics to provide actionable insights on talent, attrition, performance, engagement and workforce trends.
- Support and lead people aspects of business transformation, organizational change and strategic HR projects.
- Work closely with HR Operations & Excellence and other HR teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR processes and initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with Sales leaders and establish HR as a strategic enabler of business performance.

Candidate Profile:
- 8 - 12 years of overall HR experience, with substantial experience in HR Business Partnering.
- Experience partnering with Sales / Commercial / Business functions in a business environment.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management, performance management, organization effectiveness, employee engagement and workforce planning.
- Experience working with senior business leaders and managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Exposure to HR transformation, people analytics and strategic HR projects will be an advantage.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / Organizational Development from a reputed institution preferred.
