Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets for FCL freight volumes and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, freight forwarders, and shipping lines.
- Generate and present proposals, quotations, and negotiate rates with clients.
- Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Stay updated on shipping line schedules, rates, space availability, and market trends.
- Provide market feedback to internal teams to refine pricing strategies and service offerings.
- Maintain CRM records, update customer interactions, and prepare regular sales reports.
Requirements:
- Years of proven experience in FCL sales or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, and global trade. practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a strong customer focus.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
