About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our business growth in Digital Technology and IIoT Solutions. The ideal candidate will manage a team of sales and proposal engineers, drive customer engagement, identify business opportunities, and ensure timely and successful proposal submissions. This role requires a deep understanding of wireless, IIoT, and industrial automation technologies, along with strong leadership and networking capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales executives and internal proposal engineers to achieve business goals.

- Identify and engage with key decision-makers, department heads, and stakeholders across industry segments.

- Track and respond to opportunities, tenders, and RFQs, ensuring timely and high-quality proposal submissions.

- Collaborate with internal software, NPD (New Product Development), and engineering teams to design optimal technical and commercial solutions.

- Build, manage, and deliver on annual sales budgets and targets for self and the team.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive long-term business growth.

- Foster team building, performance management, and motivation to ensure a high-performing sales culture.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Instrumentation & Control (ICE), or Computer Science (CS).

- 10-15 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in Digital Technology Solutions, IIoT, or Industrial Automation domains.

- Proven ability to engage customers, understand their requirements, and convert opportunities into RFQs and closed deals.

- Strong knowledge of wireless communication, IIoT architectures, PLC interfaces and protocols, and data exchange formats.

- Established industry network and connections across manufacturing and process industries.

- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Strong oral and written communication abilities.

- Willingness to travel as required for customer visits and business development activities.
