Role Description:

The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, and implementing strategies to strengthen market presence. The role includes overseeing daily operations, generating new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. The Sales Development Manager will also mentor and train the sales team to achieve consistent performance and meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Lead and Manage Sales Operations

- Oversee day-to-day activities of the sales team

- Allocate targets and monitor individual and team performance

- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities

- Business Development & Lead Generation

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities

- Develop strategies to increase lead conversion rates

- Conduct market research to identify new segments and opportunities

- Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

-Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and propose solutions

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups

- Sales Strategy & Execution

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies

- Analyze sales reports to track trends and optimize performance

- Work closely with marketing to support promotional activities

- Mentor and guide sales executives to enhance performance

- Conduct regular training on sales techniques and product knowledge

- Encourage a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

- Growth in lead generation and conversion rates

- Improvement in client satisfaction and retention

- Effective execution of sales strategies and market penetration

- Enhanced productivity and performance of the sales team
