Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue generation through media and advertisement sales across Tamil Nadu.
- Plan, monitor, and execute strategies to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
- Generate advertising sales across multiple corporate sectors including Real Estate, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Telecom, and others for the Bengaluru market.
- Build and manage strong relationships with advertising agencies to drive consistent lead generation.
- Understand client business objectives, industry trends, and brand positioning to design customized advertising campaigns across print, broadcast, OTT, and digital media platforms.
- Develop and present effective sales pitches, proposals, and campaign strategies to clients and agencies.
- Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry shifts to identify new revenue opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of proven experience in Ad Sales with cross-platform exposure in print, broadcast, OTT, and digital media.
- Strong expertise in media sales, client servicing, and agency relationship management.
- Deep understanding of client business categories and ability to deliver tailored campaign solutions.
- Track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong network across corporates and agencies in Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru markets.
