
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Team Lead / Manager with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The role will involve leading a team of technical recruiters, managing high-volume and niche tech hiring, and partnering closely with business and technology stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complete technical recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
- Handle team of recruiters and drive delivery against strict hiring timelines
- Work closely with engineering, product, and delivery teams to understand technical requirements
- Translate technical JD inputs into effective sourcing strategies
- Drive hiring for multiple technologies and experience levels simultaneously
- Review profiles for technical relevance before client / panel submission
- Track hiring metrics, TAT, closures, offer acceptance, and joining ratios
- Ensure zero-quality compromise while meeting hiring targets
- Mentor recruiters on technology understanding and sourcing accuracy
Technical Recruitment Expertise (Mandatory):
- Strong experience in IT / Software / Technical hiring only
- Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to screen candidates on technical depth, stack relevance, and project exposure
- Confident interaction with tech leads, architects, and interview panels

Sourcing Tools & Platforms (Hands-on):
- Advanced expert-level usage of Naukri.com (Boolean, filters, AI search, Resdex analytics)
- Strong command over LinkedIn Recruiter (X-ray search, projects, tags, talent pools)
- Hands-on experience with portals like Indeed, Hirist, Cutshort, Instahyre (preferred)
- Social media and referral-driven sourcing strategies
ATS & Recruitment Tools:
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as:
- Darwin box / iCIMS / Zoho Recruit / Taleo / SuccessFactors / internal ATS
- Strong understanding of recruiter workflows, pipeline management, and reporting
- Ability to extract data, analyze hiring funnels, and present MIS
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead, mentor, and upskill technical recruiters
- Conduct regular technical knowledge sharing sessions
- Coordinate with interview panels and delivery heads
- Manage vendors and external recruiters (if applicable)
