Desired Candidate Profile: - At least 3+ years of recent experience in recruitment at IT consulting firms with a team size of 200-3000 employees. - A total of 8+ years of experience in recruitment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders. - Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
