We are seeking a results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead our hiring operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of recruiters, driving end-to-end recruitment for client mandates, building strong client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery across various industries and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring targets

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent

- Manage client communication and ensure service excellence

- Track recruitment metrics to optimize performance and efficiency

- Ensure smooth execution of the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing firm

- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills

- Proven ability to handle volume and niche hiring
