A valued client of Innoquest Consulting, a captive shared services unit, is looking for a QA with experience in the US healthcare, insurance, or pensions domain to be based in Bangalore.

Role Overview:

The Manager-Quality Assurance role is responsible for leading and managing the quality assurance function for our US Healthcare/Insurance operations based in Bangalore. This role involves developing and implementing quality control processes, conducting audits, analyzing data, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and client expectations. The Manager will collaborate closely with operations teams, client stakeholders, and senior management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance the quality and efficiency of our services. This role directly impacts client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and the overall success of our US Healthcare/Insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance programs and procedures for US Healthcare/Insurance operations to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and client SLAs.

- Lead and manage a team of quality assurance analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high-quality work.

- Conduct regular audits of processes and transactions to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with established standards.

- Analyze quality data and trends to identify root causes of issues and develop corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.

- Collaborate with operations teams and client stakeholders to implement process improvements and enhance the quality of services.

- Monitor and report on key quality metrics to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement quality assurance programs within a US Healthcare/Insurance environment.

- Proven expertise in applying Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of quality assurance professionals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- In-depth knowledge of US Healthcare/Insurance regulations and compliance requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
