Manager - Quality Assurance & Control - Data Center Infrastructure

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior QA/QC professional to lead quality planning and execution for major Design & Build projects. This role will define and implement organisation-wide and site-specific QA/QC plans, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards across multiple projects, including data center builds.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement QA/QC plans from design through handover.

- Standardize QA/QC processes, introduce automation, and drive continuous improvement.

- Ensure quality requirements, codes, and standards are embedded in tenders and contracts.

- Oversee QA/QC activities on site, including inspections, testing, audits, and documentation.

- Lead contractor QA/QC engagement, kick-off meetings, and compliance monitoring.

- Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure timely closure of quality issues.

- Act as the key point of contact for quality and commissioning-related client communication.

Qualifications & Experience

- BE/B.Tech. in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent.

- 10-15 years of QA/QC management experience in large EPCC projects (- 200 Cr+).

- Minimum 3 years in the data center industry.

- Preferred certifications: CQA, CQE, Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.

- Strong client-facing and contractor management skills.

- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge preferred.

- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure (civil, MEP, safety, security systems).

- Ability to collaborate across engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.

- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
