Job Role : Product and Sales Training

Job Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver sales & product training programs.

- Conduct induction and ongoing product/process training to enhance sales effectiveness.

- Assess training needs, develop relevant materials, and ensure effective knowledge transfer on products and compliance.

- Own and drive all induction and training pertaining to PM internship CSR program as mandated by govt.

- Monitor training impact to identify training effectiveness.

- Create and update product content and training content from time to time in line with regulatory and market changes.

- Drive adoption of Gen AI new age tools for targeted audience.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial services industry.
