Manager - Process Excellence

Role Overview

We are seeking a Manager - Process Excellence to lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational efficiency across functions. This role focuses on optimizing processes, enhancing quality, and implementing best practices within the automotive domain.

- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives

- Implement Lean, Six Sigma, and other quality methodologies

- Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity

- Standardize processes and ensure compliance with industry standards

- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive performance improvements

- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions

- Facilitate training and capability building on process excellence methodologies

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)

- 6-12 years of experience in process excellence, operations, or quality roles (automotive preferred)

- Certification in Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred)

- Strong problem-solving and project management skills

- Experience in process mapping and improvement tools

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
