RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Monitoring the entire Project site for compliance with all statutory & regulatory requirements for all Contract labour working at site.

- Ensuring all Safety standards are being followed at the site.

- Responsible for overall Admin related things at site.

- Updating the Management with Regular updates about the work happening & any issues related to Manpower at the site.

- Liaisoning with Govt. Offices as & when required as directed by Management & Legal dept.

- Taking care of PG/ Guest House for Installation teams.

- Identify and enter contracts with various service providers like Canteen, Transport etc. with the help of Procurement team.

Role once Plant is Operational:

- Plan, direct, and evaluate the operations of the human resources division, including recruitment and selection, compensation & benefits, labour relations, training and development, organizational development.

- Oversee the day-to-day administration related activities like Canteen, Transport, Housekeeping, Courier, Gardening etc.

- Act as a HR Business partner making sure, HR strategies are aligned with the organizations overall business deliverables.

- Drive all Group HR initiatives in the plant Workday, HR connect, AG5-Training Initiatives, driving various HR initiatives.

- Doing Skill Matrix and competency mapping in AG5 module, review mechanism and Conduct annual company training needs analysis, formulate annual training plan and budget.

- Establish procedures and carry out activities necessary to monitor and evaluate effectiveness, sound fiscal management, and adherence to local legal requirements and policies.

- Initiate regular performance reviews for all employees and develop succession planning at each stage.

- Establish and administer a performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.

- Counsel, advise and make recommendations to supervisory and managerial personnel on disciplinary actions and grievance process, including drafting of disciplinary documents and grievance responses.

- Interpret employment laws and policies and provide direction to all departments for compliance with relevant employment law. Lead and participate in labour related matters.

- Implement and administer complete salary administration program to ensure compliance and equity within organization and to attract and retain the best workforce available.

- Actively participate the CSR initiatives.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate with MBA-HR & minimum 15-20 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing HR with exposure to handling compliances and union.

- Candidate with MNC experience will be preferred.

COMPETENCIES:

- Technical Skills Labour Laws, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Compliances related to applicable laws, MS office.

- Behavioral Skills - Communication skills, Interpersonal skills, Effective planning, Multitasking.

- Working experience in Green Field projects.

- Various Quality & Safety standards exposure Handling documentation & Audits for various Internal & External audits.
