Performance Marketing Manager (Growth & Execution)

Location: Bangalore (On-site)

The Mission: Scaling Profitable Growth



As a Performance Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of our paid media spends across multiple fashion labels. Your mission is to drive high-intent traffic and conversions while maintaining a strict CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) to LTV (Lifetime Value) ratio. You will live and breathe the "Ads Manager" dashboards, turning data into high-growth engines.



Key Responsibilities:



- Channel Mastery: Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (PMAX, Search, YouTube), and Snapchat.

- Creative Strategy: Partner with the creative team to identify high-performing "hooks." You will analyze creative fatigue and ensure a constant pipeline of fresh, high-converting static and video assets.

- Full-Funnel Optimization: Manage campaigns across the funnelfrom "Top of Funnel" (Awareness) to "Bottom of Funnel" (Retargeting/DPA).

- Marketplace Performance: Execute "Off-Platform" marketing for marketplaces like Myntra and Ajio (Facebook Collaborative Ads/CPAS) to drive traffic to our brand stores on these platforms.

- Budget Stewardship: Manage daily budgets efficiently, ensuring zero wastage and scaling winning campaigns aggressively during "Sale" periods or collection drops.



Required Pedigree & Skills:



- Experience: 3-6 years in a hands-on performance marketing role, specifically for a D2C brand or a specialized digital agency.

- Data Fluency: Deep understanding of Attribution (First-touch vs. Last-touch), MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio), and ROAS.

- Technical Savvy: Comfort with Pixels, CAPI (Conversions API), and GTM (Google Tag Manager) setup.

- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate from a reputable institute with a strong analytical bent.
