Role Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven D2C Website Manager to lead and scale our brand's direct-to-consumer website, with a strong focus on driving online sales, optimizing the full customer funnel, and improving website performance through data-driven CRO and performance marketing initiatives.

This role requires hands-on ownership of website growth, product merchandising, promotions, analytics, and experimentation, while working closely with marketing, design, tech, logistics, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Growth & Revenue:

- Own and drive revenue growth through the D2C website.

- Optimize the end-to-end customer funnel from acquisition to conversion and retention.

- Improve key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV, CLTV, CAC, and ROAS.

CRO & Performance Marketing:

- Lead CRO initiatives including A/B testing, landing page optimization, and UX improvements.

- Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams.

- Drive experimentation to continuously improve website performance and user experience.

Ecommerce Operations:

- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising on the website.

- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns, offers, and launches.

- Coordinate with tech teams for website enhancements and performance improvements.

Analytics & Insights:

- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools.

- Derive actionable insights to improve traffic quality, conversions, and retention.

- Monitor user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and cohort performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, design, tech, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Align website strategy with overall brand, growth, and customer experience goals.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Expertise:

- Proven experience managing a D2C website, preferably in consumer brands or ecommerce.

- Strong hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms.

- Deep understanding of Google Analytics, CRO, and ecommerce performance metrics (Conversion Rate, AOV, CLTV, CAC, ROAS).

- Strong background in performance marketing and growth optimization.

Good to Have:

- Experience with SEO, CRM, retention marketing, and influencer marketing.

- Exposure to marketing automation and personalization tools.
