About the Role :-

We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Marketing Manager to lead our digital and AI-powered marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, lead generation, campaign management, and brand positioning within the FMCG or Agriculture industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance, optimize ROI, and strengthen brand presence across online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing & AI Strategy

- Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies using AI-driven tools and automation.

- Plan and execute end-to-end online marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

- Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, HubSpot AI, etc.) for content creation, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.

- Leverage data analytics and AI insights to improve customer targeting, conversion, and engagement.

2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

- Design and manage lead generation campaigns to acquire high-quality leads in the FMCG/Agriculture sector.

- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using data-driven insights and A/B testing.

- Monitor lead funnel performance and ensure smooth coordination between marketing and sales teams.

- Implement retargeting strategies to maximize lead conversion rates.

3. Campaign Management & Execution

- Manage the full lifecycle of digital campaigns - from strategy and budgeting to execution, tracking, and reporting.

- Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, visuals, and video content aligned with brand messaging.

- Ensure consistent brand communication across all digital platforms.

- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and AI analytics tools (Hootsuite AI, Adobe Sensei).

4. Brand Positioning & AI Integration

- Strengthen brand presence through AI-powered personalization and predictive audience targeting.

- Develop innovative marketing assets using generative AI tools for enhanced engagement.

- Manage brand reputation across digital channels and ensure alignment with company vision and values.

- Lead initiatives that merge AI with traditional marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

5. Collaboration & Reporting

- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure marketing alignment with business objectives.

- Prepare monthly performance reports and insights dashboards for management review.

- Stay updated with emerging digital trends, AI technologies, and competitor activities.

- Present data-backed recommendations to improve marketing performance and growth.

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.

- 410 years of proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.

- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest), CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.

- Hands-on experience with AI-based marketing tools such as HubSpot AI, Jasper, ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar.

- Familiarity with AI analytics and reporting platforms like Google Analytics 4 (GA4 with AI Insights), Hootsuite AI, or Adobe Sensei.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

- Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize performance, and meet campaign KPIs.

- Experience in FMCG or Agriculture industry marketing will be a strong advantage.
