Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management Framework: Develop and maintain performance review policies, processes, and tools.
- Appraisal Cycle Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and execute annual/semi-annual performance review cycles.
- Goal Alignment: Ensure employee objectives are linked to organizational KPIs and strategic priorities.
- Training & Guidance: Train managers and employees on performance review processes and feedback delivery.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
- Employee Development: Recommend training, coaching, and career development initiatives based on review outcomes.
- Compliance & Fairness: Ensure reviews are conducted objectively, free from bias, and aligned with HR policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly update performance management practices to reflect industry best standards.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of performance appraisal systems, HR policies, and labor laws.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 6-10 years in HR with at least 5 years focused on performance management.
