Job Title: Operations Manager


Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day delivery, build high-performing teams, and ensure seamless execution aligned with Dodges U.S. process standards.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead day-to-day operations within the assigned functional area, translating Dodges U.S. process standards into effective India delivery routines.


- Manage and mentor a team of 2025 Analysts / Senior Analysts delivering content research and enrichment services.


- Ensure adherence to quality standards, SLAs, and turnaround time KPIs in alignment with Program Office expectations.


- Oversee daily work allocation, workload balancing, and performance dashboards.


- Act as the first-level reviewer for task accuracy and handle operational escalations.


- Collaborate closely with Quality, Training, and Governance teams to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.


- Support onboarding and floor training for new hires, including both campus and lateral recruits.


- Track team productivity, performance trends, and contribute to continuous process improvement and optimization initiatives.


- Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning within the team.


Required Qualifications:


- 5-8 years of experience in content operations, research, data enrichment, or similar operational environments.


- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a team lead, supervisory, or people-management role.


- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.


- Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members.


- Hands-on experience with quality management frameworks and KPI-driven delivery models.


- Strong problem-solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.


Preferred Skills:


- Experience working with U.S. or global delivery models.


- Exposure to operational dashboards, reporting tools, and productivity metrics.


- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
