As a Media Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our monetization efforts driving advertising and sponsorship sales across our platforms, including YouTube, website, and social media.

You'll work closely with brands, agencies, partners, and internal teams to craft customized digital media solutions that deliver results for clients and value to our engaged audience.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the digital content space, has a strong network in the advertising world, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and connect with potential advertisers, brands, and agencies

- Pitch and close deals for YouTube sponsorships, branded integrations, and digital ad placements

- Create tailored media solutions aligned with client goals and audience interests

- Develop innovative sales strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and revenue

- Collaborate with internal content and campaign execution teams

- Stay updated on YouTube monetization trends, influencer marketing, and digital ad tech

- Track performance, maintain client relationships, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns

- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

You Could Be a Great Fit If You Have:

5+ years of experience in:

- Media sales

- Influencer marketing

- Digital advertising or branded content

- Hands-on experience in selling YouTube ad products, content sponsorships, or digital media inventory

- Strong communication, pitch, and negotiation skills

- Ability to manage full campaign lifecycles from pitch to execution to reporting

- Confidence in building and maintaining strong client and agency relationships

- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
