Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals aligned with client requirements and company objectives.
- Manage end-to-end tender process, including preparation, submission, and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular correspondence and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of proposals and projects.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, especially in defence-related projects.
- Travel as required to meet customers and participate in industry events.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or MBA with relevant marketing/sales background.
- 4 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, and proposal management in Electronics, Defence, Aerospace, or Manufacturing sectors.
- Strong techno-commercial acumen with experience in preparing and submitting tenders and proposals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience working with defence projects is highly desirable.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively as per business requirements.
- Local candidates in Hyderabad or Bangalore will be preferred.
