Client is an early stage tech-enabled OEM / Contract Manufacturing platform for General Merchandise goods. Job Summary: - As the Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, and will report directly to a founder. - The candidate will start as an Individual contributor with sole responsibility for marketing efforts, and hence will need to be comfortable and fast with last mile execution. - The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for building out marketing team within appropriate timelines. - The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment while bringing structure & systems to previously ill defined areas. A high sense of ownership, and the drive to deliver outsized outcomes are non-negotiable. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation (Outbound) - Utilise multiple channels (incl. Whatsapp, Linkedin & other socials, Email, other B2B platforms etc.) to devise and execute campaigns that generate high quality leads for the demand team. - Lead Generation (Inbound) - Create & execute content strategy to drive inbound enquiries. - Buyer Delight - Ensure that all transacting customers on the platform have an excellent experience thereby driving repeat business. - Supplier Marketing - Engage & delight suppliers / manufacturing partners with a view to make a preferred partner for every manufacturer that we work with - Platform Marketing / Branding - Build the brand Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years experience in Marketing - preferably at an early stage company. - Demonstrable track record of excellence. - A base competency in content & design that should be better than 90% of the marketers in the field. - Capability to outperform on both strategy & execution, and the ability to see the big picture while having an eye for detail Note: Female candidate preferred, maximum budget for this role would be 15 LPA.
