Market Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to launch and grow Bayer's Women's Health portfolio in Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka.
- Conduct market analysis, identify opportunities, and build entry strategies tailored to each country's regulatory and commercial environment.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, healthcare professionals, regulatory bodies, and local partners.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in Indian pharmaceutical companies, with exposure to international business development.
- Proven track record of launching or expanding pharmaceutical products in emerging markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel across South Asia.
