This individual will be expected to lead, collaborate, and work closely with other functions (i.e., sales, operations, finance, research, and supply chain) on projects and teams to deliver new customers and new growth solutions for our Global High-Tech division. The Marketing Manager role has broad-based responsibility for developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and programs for the division. Innovation in new products including chemicals, equipment, information, digital tools, and services are important factors in these strategies. Additionally, establishing strong category management and sales activation will be critical to the success of the position.
This role focuses on differentiating services, driving innovation and digital revenue targets, and translating customer feedback into strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies for high-tech offerings.
- Drive sales growth and profitability via focused marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with technical consultants to understand customer needs and deliver competitive value propositions.
- Provide sales enablement tools, training, and competitive intelligence.
- Support field teams with insights on facility specs (Ex. PUE, cooling technology, security).
- Stay updated on industry standards, tech trends, and regulations.
- Lead cross-functional teams involving Engineering, Accounts, Technical consultants, and Sales.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree (MBA in Marketing preferred)
- 12+ years B2B marketing/sales experience, including 5 years in Data Centers, Chip manufacturing, Building Automation, Telecom, Cloud Services or similar..
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business with technical expertise
- Certifications in relevant industry recognized programs (E.g. Data Centre Infrastructure (e.g., CDCP))
- Experience leading VOC initiatives and segment marketing for Digital Infrastructure
- Understanding of Data Centre, Semi conductor industry economics
