- Preparation of all documentation for RERA Registration Coordination with cross functional teams for collating required data for registration land laws. Society Formation and society related issues verifies Solicitor and Advocates 'bills ensure timely processing of bills.

- Conducts due diligence of statutory compliance pertaining to real estate and all applicable laws. Assists business development team in finalizing the deal for the execution.

- Maintains comprehensive documentation of land records and related transactions.

- Checks and verifies each clause of the drafted agreement. Litigation

- Responsible for coordinating with external legal consultants in drafting of agreements, and legal inquiring of all project related documents and contracts in order to prevent any legal issues for the company.
