JOB ROLE:
- Preparing & Coordinating for all Legal documentation relating to business agreements, Lease Agreements, Leave and License Agreements, NDA, MOU, Partner Agreements, Customer loan Agreements, Sanction letter, Loan Facility Agreement, Deed of Hypothecation, LOI, Information Technology Agreements, HR agreements, Vendor Agreements etc.
- To review labour laws where necessary including new notifications
- To review and ensure closure of all open contracts, documents, email, advise etc on daily basis
- To negotiate and finalise all contracts in interest of the Company
- To review all policies of the Company
- To ensure all important documents are preserved properly and repository system is in place
- To update and keep afresh with latest case laws and changes that may impact the business directly or indirectly
- To handle registration of trademarks.
- To identify legal risk and advise on its mitigation and provide legal protection against criminal liability, civil liability and other risks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overall responsible for all corporate legal documentation and communication originated by the Company.
- Responsible for drafting and negotiating legal contracts of the organisation.
- Understanding and updating new regulations and market changes.
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 5+ years of experience in contract drafting negotiation and management
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadline.
