Legal - Litigation:

Key Accountabilities:

- Officer has to take effective control on the various types of litigations / court cases.

Brief Role Description:

- Officer needs to perform and execute the handle the litigations of all Courts. Officer should be capable of strategies the litigation management as a whole. Legal strategisation, inter-departmental / lateral legal guidance will be provided by the officer.

Key Skills:

- As regards litigation, officer should be in a position to manage the day-to-day legal cases. Good domain knowledge on the legal provision of law is required and besides, officer needs to take independent decision according to the situation.

Legal - Contract:

Key Accountabilities:

- Officer has to take effective control and, on the understanding, and vetting of contracts and documentation needs.

Brief Role Description:

- Legal guidance including vetting of documents / agreements / contracts and both inter-departmental and lateral legal advisory on contractual provisions.

Key Skills:

- As regards contracts, officer should be in a position to manage the day-to-day documentation works including vetting of contract. Good domain knowledge on the legal provision of law is a must and besides, officer needs to take independent decision according to the situation.

Experience:

- Minimum 12 years.

Education / Certification:

- LLB / LLM Candidate must have good academic records.
