- To supervise and direct the legal matters of the Company in alignment with pharmacy, pharmaceutical regulations, and corporate law.
- To guarantee adherence to statutory and regulatory obligations, assist in contract negotiations, oversee litigation, and offer strategic legal advice to both internal and external stakeholders.
- To furnish legal guidance and assistance to various departments regarding corporate, commercial, regulatory, and litigation issues.
- To draft, assess, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other legal documents to safeguard the interests of the company.
- To manage and uphold legal documentation and databases. The candidate must be knowledgeable about compliance concerning pharmacy regulations.
- To perform legal research and stay informed about legal and regulatory changes that impact the Company.
