Manager - Legal & Compliance - Healthcare

Role Overview:

The role will be responsible for managing healthcare regulatory compliance, medico-legal matters, legal risk, and commercial contracts, while working closely with senior management and clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage healthcare regulatory and statutory compliance

- Handle medico-legal matters, medical negligence claims and patient disputes

- Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, MOUs, vendor agreements and employment agreements

- Identify and mitigate legal risks across hospital operations

- Monitor and maintain the Legal & Compliance framework

- Conduct compliance training for clinical and administrative teams

- Coordinate with external legal counsel and local authorities

- Support senior management and Corporate Office on legal matters
