Description:
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure full compliance with applicable SEBI and IRDAI regulations, circulars, guidelines, and prescribed codes of conduct.
- Monitor, analyze, and interpret new and amended regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.
- Draft, review, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls in line with regulatory expectations.
- Handle regulatory correspondence, inspections, audits, and queries from SEBI and IRDAI, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Conduct internal compliance audits and periodic reviews to verify adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.
- Provide compliance advisory support to business teams on regulatory implications related to new products, marketing materials, customer communications, and process changes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed compliance requirements into business processes and decision-making.
- Support senior management in implementing and strengthening risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
