Position: Manager - Legal & Compliance Location: Noida Experience: 8-10 years Education: LL.B./LL.M. from a reputed institution (preferred) Summary: We are seeking a dynamic legal professional to oversee corporate legal functions, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, a sharp eye for risk management, and the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to enable sound business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Contracts: - Draft, review, and finalize a wide variety of agreements, including service contracts, SaaS deals, vendor partnerships, NDAs, and related documentation. Partner with business units to close contracts efficiently while safeguarding organizational interests. Advisory & Risk Management: - Deliver practical legal counsel on corporate, operational, and regulatory matters. Highlight potential risks and recommend strategic solutions to internal stakeholders. Regulatory Oversight: - Monitor legal and regulatory developments across relevant domains such as data protection, fintech, labor law, and telecom. Adapt internal processes and policies to remain fully compliant. - Policy Development & Documentation: - Assist in drafting and maintaining internal policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks. Ensure systematic documentation and version control of all legal resources. Contract Lifecycle Management: - Maintain accurate records of executed contracts, monitor renewals, and track compliance with contractual obligations. External Counsel Management: - Coordinate with external advisors on specialized matters such as intellectual property, litigation, and complex compliance issues. Requirements: - 5-8 years of professional experience in corporate law, preferably with exposure to SaaS, BPO, or technology-led enterprises. - Strong grasp of Indian contract law, labor regulations, and data privacy requirements (including DPDP). - Demonstrated ability to balance legal rigor with business pragmatism. - Proven track record of collaborating with senior leaders and managing external counsel effectively. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
