Role Overview:

As the Legal Manager at Flatworld Solutions, you will oversee the organization's legal and compliance functions. This role is pivotal in managing corporate law, regulatory compliance, and contract management. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in these areas along with strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. You will ensure that all legal processes within the company are strategically aligned to support its operations and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all corporate legal matters and act as a key legal advisor to senior management

- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and legal documentation

- Ensure compliance with company law, labor laws, and other applicable statutory regulations

- Oversee litigation management and coordinate with external legal counsel

- Manage corporate governance, statutory filings, board documentation, and regulatory submissions

- Identify legal risks and implement mitigation strategies

- Support audits, investigations, and regulatory inspections

- Oversee internal policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks

- Partner with HR and Finance teams on compliance, audits, and internal controls

- Act as a liaison with government bodies and regulatory authorities

- Drive process improvements across legal operations
