The L&D Manager will be responsible for developing a culture of learning within the organization and driving the Learning Management System (LMS) through the creation and dissemination of relevant modules with impact analysis. Requirements: - Female Applicants Only - Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred - Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of creating and delivering impactful training programs - Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills - Experience using learning management systems and creating e-learning content - Strong analytical skills with experience in conducting psychometric assessments and analyzing training effectiveness Key Responsibilities: - Lead the self-paced learning ecosystem and create and maintain learning content - Conduct independent psychometric assessments in the areas of talent acquisition and development - Develop a comprehensive calendar and budget for L&D interventions to enhance the productivity of the workforce in both core and behavioural skills - Design and deliver training programs using a 10/40/50 approach with a primary focus on behavioural learning - Conduct customized programs for performance excellence and behavioural training programs using the VDNA program - Regularly interact with key stakeholders to understand, create, classify, store, and retrieve all non-product learning documents - Ensure a detailed observation is captured, which includes technical details, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs) - Define parameters for situations that can be identified as learning organization (LO) case studies - If you are a creative and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with one of the world's leading vertically integrated diamond and jewellery companies.
