L&D Strategy & Budgeting: - Develop and implement a robust L&D strategy aligned with the organizations goals and objectives. Manage the budget for L&D and MT programs and ensure that expenditures are within budget limits Content Curation - Ability to grasp the context and learning preferences of the target audience for whom the content is being curated and articulate desired learning outcomes, identify appropriate learning asset types based on the same - Design, create, and deliver training programs, including on boarding, technical skills development, leadership development, and professional growth - Desing & Develop the ability to source content that effectively and efficiently addresses the identified learning outcomes - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and department heads to identify training needs and develop relevant content and materials. - Develop learning materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, job aids, and training manuals, using a variety of instructional techniques and technologies. Facilitation Skills: - Excellent learning delivery skills, using voice, body language, presentation design, and technology to make an impact - Promoting social learning: Driving interaction and engagement in a live learning setting, and synthesize / catalyze insights from the interaction - Continuous improvement: Analysing feedback (stakeholders and learners) to continuously improve the quality of facilitation.
