Manager - Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Communication Job Summary: - As a Manager in the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for enhancing employee engagement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, and effectively managing internal communication within the organization. - You will play a crucial role in driving employee satisfaction, professional growth, and a strong sense of belonging within our company. Key Responsibilities: Employee Engagement: - Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement and morale. - Organize employee engagement initiatives, events, and programs to create a positive workplace atmosphere. - Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and act on areas that need improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve employee concerns and issues. Must Have: - Should be from 2020/2021 batchers from Tier 1 college or 2018/2021 batchers from Tier 2 & 3 college.
