BFSI/Fintech Company looking for Managers in HR - L&D domain based out of Mumbai. Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting): - Demonstrate and apply knowledge of appropriate tools and resources used to develop training content - Expertise in designing content for multiple learning interventions for Physical, Virtual and Dynamic modes of Training - Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs - Organize e-learning courses- workshops and other trainings - Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities - Collaborate with managers to develop their team members through career pathing - Conducts annual training and development needs assessment. - Develops training and development programs and objectives. - Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. - Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events. - Develops and maintains organizational communications such as intranet bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources. - Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. - Develop approach to evaluate achievement of learning objectives (e.g., learning assessments). - Hands-on experience of managing end to end working on Mobile Learning Solutions. - Drive usage of L&D dashboards and leverage analytics to derive insights, measure impact and improve learning outcomes of key L&D interventions. - Manage training operations, continuously streamlining and improving processes Applicants should possess the following attributes: - A full time MBA with experience in broad range of human resource domains including Organization Development, Talent management, Project Management and minimum of 4 years in Learning and Development. - Previous experience in capturing key employee metrics and publishing reports. - Significant experience with effective learning and development methods - Experience in project management and budgeting - Good knowledge of e-learning platforms and practices - Practical experience with MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Strong communication and negotiation skills- with a good ability to build relations with employees and vendors; - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong presentation skills. - Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods. - Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives. - Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
