Role Overview:
We are looking for a behavioural L&D Manager to design, implement, and drive learning initiatives that enhance behavioural skills, organizational development, and capability building across our retail stores and corporate teams. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into actionable training programs, skill assessments, and development interventions that foster engagement, performance, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Design & Implementation
- Develop behavioural training programs for store managers, stylists, and corporate teams.
- Conduct workshops, role-plays, simulations, and e-learning sessions.
- Ensure training content is aligned with BSC values, CX principles, and performance standards.
2. Organizational Development (Org Dev)
- Support organizational initiatives related to capability building, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Identify skill gaps through diagnostics, surveys, and performance metrics.
- Partner with business heads to create career progression frameworks and high-potential talent programs.
3. Skill Development & Coaching
- Mentor and coach store managers and stylists to enhance behavioural skills, leadership, and problem-solving.
- Implement coaching interventions, feedback loops, and performance follow-ups.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics like NPS, performance scores, and employee engagement surveys.
4. Learning Strategy & Reporting
- Maintain a training calendar and dashboard for tracking completion, impact, and ROI.
- Recommend improvements in learning methodologies, tools, and digital solutions.
- Align learning programs with broader CX and business performance goals.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in behavioural training, soft skills, and organizational development.
- Ability to design engaging and interactive learning programs.
- Experience with retail or customer-facing environments is a plus.
- Analytical mind-set - ability to measure training effectiveness and impact on performance.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in L&D, behavioural training, or organizational development, preferably in retail or customer-centric industries.
