About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver programs on product knowledge, client engagement, leadership, and behavioral skills.
- Drive OD initiatives: competency mapping, talent reviews, succession planning, and change management.
- Conduct org assessments, optimize structures, and support restructuring initiatives.
- Build and implement leadership development and manager capability programs.
- Manage external L&D/OD partners and ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Use people analytics to derive insights, track organizational health, and measure impact of interventions.
- Ensure smooth project execution with milestone tracking, risk identification, and mitigation.
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of sales/advisory roles in Wealth Management.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and people analytics capabilities.
- MBA from a reputed institute; currently at Manager or equivalent level.
