L&D Manager | Mumbai
We are partnering with a large, high-growth organization looking to strengthen its Learning & Development function through a high-impact individual contributor role within the HR team.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys building capability initiatives, partnering closely with business leaders, and driving learning interventions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business and HR leaders to identify capability gaps and design learning interventions aligned to business priorities
- Drive end-to-end execution of learning and development initiatives across leadership, functional, and behavioral capability areas
- Design, curate, and implement impactful learning interventions across employee lifecycle stages
- Facilitate and co-facilitate workshops, learning sessions, and development programs across levels
Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable learning frameworks and development initiatives
- Drive learning culture initiatives and support broader organizational development priorities
- Track learning effectiveness and continuously enhance programs based on feedback and business requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA from a Tier 1 management institute with specialization in HR or related fields
- Batch of 2019 / 2020
- Hard-core experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Leadership Development, or Capability Building roles
- Strong exposure to designing and driving learning interventions in fast-paced organizations
- Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Ability to independently build and scale programs from the ground up
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership and managing multiple stakeholders
- Pragmatic and resilient professional with strong execution capabilities and a collaborative working style
