Job Description :

- We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to join our team as a Manager - Learning & Organizational Development.

- The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping organizational culture, driving change initiatives, and creating impactful talent development programs aligned with business objectives.

- This role requires expertise in organizational development, change management, workforce analytics, and leadership development while partnering closely with senior business leaders to deliver strategic people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage organizational development initiatives aligned with business goals

- Design and deliver leadership development and talent management programs

- Drive change management initiatives using proven methodologies such as Kotter and ADKAR

- Analyze workforce data and generate actionable insights to support business decisions

- Partner with senior leadership teams to identify organizational challenges and co-create solutions

- Foster a culture of continuous learning and employee development

- Support organizational transformation and employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in Learning & Development and Organizational Development

- Experience working at Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager levels

- Strong expertise in organizational design, talent development, and change management

- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Kotter and ADKAR

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
