About the Role: The HR Manager - Learning & Development will be responsible for driving the organization's learning agenda by designing, implementing, and evaluating capability-building initiatives that support business strategy and employee growth. The role will focus on fostering a culture of continuous learning through blended learning solutions, leadership development programs, and digital learning interventions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and execute the annual Learning & Development strategy aligned with business priorities. - Develop and manage functional, behavioral, and leadership capability-building programs. - Lead digital learning initiatives and drive adoption of e-learning platforms. - Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and create learning roadmaps for various employee segments. - Partner with business leaders to build customized learning journeys and development interventions. - Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI on learning initiatives. - Manage relationships with external consultants and learning partners. - Support organization-wide talent development, succession, and capability-building programs.
