Learning & Skill Development:
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Creating learning strategies, evaluating development needs, designing, and delivering training programs, assessing learning effectiveness
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and determine training priorities for different employee levels and departments.
