
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning & Development (L&D) leader to shape our organizational learning culture, strengthen employee engagement, and drive capability building in alignment with business goals. The role demands a blend of strategic vision, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder partnership.
Key Responsibilities:
L&D Strategy Development:
- Design and implement a comprehensive learning and development roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Continuously evolve strategies to address emerging workforce needs.
Training Design & Delivery:
- Oversee end-to-end design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership, functional, behavioral, and compliance training programs.
- Ensure learning solutions are innovative, practical, and scalable.
Employee Engagement:
- Lead engagement initiatives including surveys, feedback channels, and action planning to enhance culture and employee satisfaction.
Stakeholder Management:
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to identify learning needs, evaluate impact, and maximize ROI.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational capability building.
Vendor & Budget Management:
- Manage external training partners, contracts, and vendor performance.
- Optimize annual L&D budget utilization while maintaining quality.
Learning Technology & Platforms:
- Leverage LMS, e-learning, and digital platforms to enable accessible, scalable learning.
- Promote adoption of blended and virtual learning methodologies.
Talent Development & Succession Planning:
- Support leadership programs, high-potential initiatives, and succession planning frameworks.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen internal leadership pipelines.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Deep expertise in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Organizational Development.
- Strong facilitation and instructional design skills.
- Proven ability to manage L&D budgets and vendor relationships.
- Data-driven approach with proficiency in training ROI and effectiveness metrics.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
- Ability to foster a learning culture across levels and functions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate degree.
- Certifications in Instructional Design, Coaching, or OD (preferred).
- Experience in large or matrixed organizations.
