
- Leading Customized learning interventions across various SBUs.
- Drive the corporate induction program on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis as per the business need.
- Drive key need-based initiatives at the sites and various other offices.
- Drive the Learning Management System and increase the adoption across the organisation.
- Deliver sessions on competencies, soft skills etc across the organisation.
- Work with vendors to drive learning for specific need based programs.
- Map ROI and training impact on business and present a case to stakeholders.
- Lead specific projects and support the larger HR team in driving engagement/learning.
