
Talent Acquisition to spearhead our high-volume recruitment efforts across our regional operations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience defining and executing end-to-end TA strategies within the Retail, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce (Q-commerce) sectors. This role is critical for scaling our organization by managing both mass Blue-Collar hiring and White-Collar talent. You will lead a team, drive metric-based process improvements, and partner with senior leadership to ensure a seamless and high-quality hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
I. Strategic Planning & Execution (Bulk Hiring Focus)
- Develop, execute, and refine high-impact talent acquisition strategies specifically designed to meet ambitious bulk hiring and workforce planning needs across regional territories.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and department heads (Operations, Logistics, Sales) to forecast future hiring needs and establish agile, long-term sourcing strategies tailored for rapid growth.
- Analyze industry benchmarks, competitor talent strategies, within the Retail/E-commerce space to continuously refine and optimize high-volume recruitment approaches.
II. Recruitment Management & Process Improvement
- Full-Cycle Oversight: Oversee and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for a wide range of roles, from proactive sourcing and candidate screening to offer negotiation and smooth onboarding.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and maintain robust, evergreen talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles (both Blue and White Collar) using creative, proactive, and technology-driven sourcing techniques.
- Metric Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) and generate data-driven reports to evaluate team performance and drive continuous process improvements for on-time hiring.
III. Team Leadership & Employer Branding
- Team Leadership: Oversee and provide day-to-day supervision, support, and guidance to the assigned recruitment team members, driving high performance and accountability for bulk hiring targets.
- Employer Branding: Champion employer branding initiatives tailored to attract high-quality candidates in the competitive Retail/E-commerce market, positioning the organization as an employer of choice for both Blue and White Collar talent.
What We Are Looking For (Required Qualifications)
Experience & Education
- Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Industry Expertise: Proven expertise in managing large-scale, high-volume recruitment for Regional-level roles, specifically within the Retail, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or Logistics/Supply Chain industry is mandatory.
- Dual-Collar Management: Demonstrated experience successfully managing recruitment pipelines for both Blue Collar (operations, logistics, delivery) and White Collar (management, corporate, technical) positions.
