The Manager/ Lead Recruiter - Non-Tech (India & APAC) will drive end-to-end hiring for corporate and business support roles across India, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, and Vietnam. The role involves managing ~100 annual hires, leading a small recruiting team, and partnering with business leaders to scale global teams. The position also focuses on employer branding, diversity hiring, and optimising referral programs in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead full-cycle hiring for Customer Support, Customer Success, Finance, HR, Administration, and Corporate functions
2. Manage APAC recruitment strategy (Singapore, Australia, Thailand, Vietnam)
3. Drive employee referral programs and diversity hiring initiatives
4. Strengthen employer branding across APAC markets
5. Lead and mentor a team of 1-2 recruiters
6. Track hiring metrics and optimise ATS/HRMS processes
7. Achieve ~100 annual hiring target
Core Requirements
a) 6-10+ years in non-technical hiring (product/tech-driven organisations preferred)
b) APAC hiring experience (especially Singapore & Australia markets)
c) Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters)
d) Strong stakeholder management & leadership capability
e) Exposure to high-volume and multi-region hiring.
