Manager/Lead - Learning & Development (HR and Trainings)-FMCG/Retail -5 Years -Mumbai

Location - Mumbai

Are you passionate about shaping people, building culture, and creating impactful learning journeys? We are looking for an HR professional who can design and develop training content and modules independently, while driving end-to-end learning and organizational development initiatives. This is an individual contributor role where you will take complete ownership of training design, execution, and evaluation, with a strong focus on candidates from the FMCG and Retail sectors.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and deliver training modules across functional, behavioural, and leadership areas, aligned with business needs.

2. Independently build training content and frameworks, conducting TNI analysis and addressing competency gaps.

3. Develop and implement L&D roadmap including sales capability building and leadership development programs.

4. Create and manage training calendar & budget, ensuring timely and effective execution.

5. Drive talent management initiatives such as IDPs for high performers and interventions for a performance-driven, self-learning culture.

6. Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives, embedding organizational values.

7. Evaluate training effectiveness, ROI, and impact, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

1. MBA/PGDM in HR specialization from a reputed B-School.

2. 3-5 years of HR experience with strong focus on Learning & Development and OD.

3. Proven ability to create training content and modules from scratch.

4. Strong exposure to the FMCG or Retail industry.

5. Excellent facilitation, content design, and stakeholder management skills.
