Sales Manager
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive new business development in the Japanese market.
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients (IP departments, law firms, R&D teams).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies for Japan.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.

What You Bring:
Must Haves:
- Fluency in Japanese and English (JLPT N2 or above preferred).
- 3 to 7 years of experience in enterprise sales (SaaS, AI, LegalTech, or related fields preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Haves:
- Knowledge of the Japanese corporate innovation/IP ecosystem.
- Existing network in enterprise IP, R&D, or legal departments.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global team.
